Label Machine Label and Print Machine

With the introduction of our M108x series label machines, we can now support a wider variety of device sizes, ranging from smal SD cards to card stock to CD and DVD cases. With its wider base, additional options that customers have requested are now supported. Options such as upstacking and printing. Please contact us for details.

STANDARD PRODUCTS

Our current line of label application equipment includes:

We also have an automated handler for use as a front end unit to an automated tester.

And we have an automated handler for upstacking DIMMs. This product was requested by a customer needing to stack DIMMs coming out of their SimmPro and Nortek Automation handlers.

CUSTOM SYSTEMS

The largest part of our business has always been to meet a specific requirement falling under the heading of automated handling. As an example, we supply automated handling systems to load CF and MMC devices into our label application machines using JEDEC standard trays. These projects have also led to the development of systems where the automated handling is not just for labeling but include printing and laser marking.

A demonstration of our versatility in the automated handling of different devices is pictured here. This machine is used to automatically feed security identification cards to a holographic reader/writer.

In the field of biochemistry, we have developed systems used in the automated handling of titer plates. These plates measuring approximately 4 inch x 6 inch x 3/8 inch are extensively used in medical research.

Our many years of creating successful automation solutions to meet our customers' specific requirements make us ideally suited to take on further challenges.
